Using Pesticides

It is such a pain when the plants we grow and care suddenly becomes the homes of pest. This is only a normal part of the ecosystem. However, we as humans have been given the task to try to protect nature from harm.

Although pest may not harm the plants much, it is still considered to be very irritating in the garden. This is because after all the care you have given to your plants, some smoochers will just eat them away.

When that happens its time to call on help from the pesticides. We may not want to use them but sooner or later, accepting the facts is important. Insecticides are needed. They are considered as the vaccines for your plants to control those pests.

When you go to shop for pesticides, you will be very confused as to what pesticide to use. There might be a pesticide to ward of pesticide that harms plants. The important thing to remember is that the pesticide you choose is not harmful to you. Remember you are looking for a pesticide for pest on your plants. Unless you consider yourself a pest to your plant, getting a pesticide that is highly synthetic may be right. Try to look for fertilizers that have low toxicity.

Even though the pesticides are still low toxic, always remember to wear gloves. These pesticides can harm your skin when they are absorbed. You may want your hand to still be proportionate to your body’s size.

Remember to choose a spot that has no blowing winds much but has plenty of ventilation. This helps the pesticide not spreading towards our eyes or unprotected areas of your body. The ventilation will also help from you getting suffocated from the stinky smell that could cause allergic reactions.

When spraying the plant, always spray well the bottom and the top of the leaves. There are lots of sneaky pest out there that are waiting to pounce back once the spraying is over. The young growing tips of the pants should be given the most care, because that is where most of this pest resides.

To make sure that these pests won’t have to come back ever again, make sure you spray three times a day for seven to ten days. This is because the eggs will still be there and a cycle of pests will just continue. Doing this also kills those eggs. When this is done the pest that hatch immediately dies. It may sound cruel like abortion but it’s for your plants welfare.
